School Bus Driver

This is manual work of average difficulty, requiring skill in the operation of a large automotive vehicle. Employee drives a school bus on an assigned route and may perform minor maintenance tasks in connection with such operation. The operator is responsible for the safety and conduct of the children who are passengers. The work is performed under general supervision with considerable leeway allowing the operator in carrying out the details of the work. Does related work as required.

We are looking for qualified candidates.

• Eligibility for the appropriate level CDL Driver License issued by NYS-DMV
• Possession of License at time of appointment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet all current DMV, SED, and DOT regulations as required.

Persons wishing to be employed within a school district must be fingerprinted. Caledonia-Mumford School District utilizes the MorphoTrust system for digital fingerprinting. An appointment for fingerprinting needs to be made electronically by accessing the website at www.identogo.com, service code:14ZGR7. The total fee for fingerprinting is approximately $102.00.
