QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Five years of clerical experience preferred
  • Proficient in Word & Excel
  • Familiarity with web-based software programs to download or create reports for student services, eligibility areas, FTE comparisons of student data and special education purchases
  • Familiarity with Medicaid billing, requesting records and records retention
  • Performs the usual office practices associated with a productive and smoothly run office
  • Exhibits pleasant behavior when dealing with public or other employees
  • Establishes and maintains an efficient filing and retrieval system for assigned area
  • Interacts positively with staff, students, parents and the community
  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism regarding student and school system affairs
