ESL Paraprofessional

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to meet NCLB highly qualified status required (48 accredited college credit hours or passing score on CISD paraprofessional assessment exam)
• Willingness to work with students
• Willingness to grow professionally
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide academic support to students under teacher’s supervision
• Plan/collaborate/work closely with members of grade level/departmental teams
• Other duties as assigned
