Substitute Teacher Aide

• Rate of pay: $18.00 per hour, $24 per hour Retired Rate
• Duties may include:
• Assists students with specific health related activities which include, but are not limited to: assistance with personal hygiene, toileting needs, feeding and issues related to personal safety.
• Records data on student behavior while implementing behavior intervention plan under teacher supervision.
• Provides individualized instruction as directed by the teacher.
• Monitors work assigned by teacher.
• Checks and corrects students' work while in progress.
• Keeps student(s) on task.
• Assists teacher in proctoring teacher prepared tests and state assessments.
• Monitors student across all settings throughout the school day.
• Reports information regarding student to supervising teacher.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; Fingerprint clearance
