Maintenance Position
Requirements:
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds
- Knowledge of boilers and controls, return systems and ventilation systems
- Experience in troubleshooting pneumatic controls; preventive maintenance background
- Proficient at electrical problem solving
- Proficient at plumbing repairs
- Service basic building systems such as door hardware
- Refrigeration license helpful
- Stationary engineer license helpful
- Must be able to function well in a team setting
