Pre-K Teacher (4-Year-Olds)

$2,000 New Hire General Education Teacher Incentive for the 2026-27 School Year

POSITION: Pre-K 4 Year Old Program Teacher - Northside Early Learning Center

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and qualify for teaching license issued by the Nevada Department of Education.

REQUIRED LICENSE: Must possess or be able to possess a Nevada teaching license issued by the Nevada Department of Education. Early Childhood Endorsement is required on licensure.

DEFINITION: The teacher provides developmentally appropriate instruction to students including preparation, assessment and management.

SALARY: $46,049 minimum - $92,806 maximum depending on experience and education, scheduled 183 days per year. (*Additional pay: SB500 funds will be added for the 26-27 school year)

BENEFITS: Nevada PERS retirement contribution, health, dental, vision and life insurance. Sick leave and personal leave included. Nevada has no state income tax.
