Previous coaching experience or equivalent experience at a higher level.
Meet OHSAA and CH-UH requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous college and/or high school playing experience
Demonstrated successful coaching experience
Knowledge of NCAA and NAIA elgibility requirements
