CO-OP Coaches Middle School

Salary: $13 / HR (not to exceed 19 hours per week)

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at a college / university
• CPR / AED, UIL, Concussion and coaching certifications (Upon Hire)

Special Knowledge and Skills:

• Foundational Sports Knowledge: Practical knowledge of middle school sports rules, fundamentals, and play strategies (e.g., football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, track & field, cross country, baseball, and softball).
• Instructional Ability: Ability to break down fundamental athletic skills and effectively teach technique, form, and game strategy to young/beginner athletes.
• Practice Planning: Skill in organizing, structuring, and running safe, engaging practice sessions for middle school teams.
