Speech and Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 School Year (SDMS and MHS)

The 2026-2027 salary and benefit packet is currently being bargained. The below information is for 2025-2026 but is available as a reference.

Speech-Language Pathologists work together in a collaborative community with one another and with other special educators. There is some case management and some related service responsibilities. Salary and benefits include starting at number of years of experience brought to the district (including private medical years), comprehensive insurance options, including affordable family coverage, paid membership to ASHA, free ASHA learning pass, and a TRS pension plan paid by the district.

Salary range for 2025-2026: $56,043 - $101,373 plus additional $5,000 annual stipend ($2,500 at Christmas, $2,500 end of year).
