Food Services Worker — Regular Part-Time

This regular part-time position provides food services support at Amity Elementary School and the Jr./Sr. High School, with assignments determined by the needs of each school.

Responsibilities

  • Serves food in accordance with health and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintains food service equipment and work areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
  • Operates a cash register and makes change accurately.
  • Learns, applies, and explains policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Wears required attire, including gloves, a hair/beard net, an apron, and closed-toe shoes.
  • Works at Amity Elementary School and the Jr./Sr. High School based on school needs.

Qualifications

  • Clean criminal background.
  • Three (3) positive professional references.
  • Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children.

After Hire (Contingent)

  • FBI and BCI background checks dated within the past 12 months.
  • Food Services Compliancy Trainings

Details

  • Regular part-time position.
  • School assignment based on the needs of Amity Elementary School and the Jr./Sr. High School.
  • Enrollment in the School Employees Retirement System (SERS).
