SALARY: Starting salary is $50,000

BENEFITS: Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and Dental Benefits and will be entered into the appropriate NJ Pension Program

Ewing Public Schools announces employment opportunities for the position of District Health Assistant. The District Health Assistant works directly with the School Nurse.

Qualifications:

• New Jersey RN License is required.
• Proficient in medical office operations.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, wellness education, community health and social service resources and current health issues.
• Exhibits a personality that demonstrates strong organizational and interpersonal skills to relate well with staff, students, administration, parents and the community.
• Must meet all legal, health requirements and physical demands, including criminal history background check, as set forth by State law and/or the Board of Education
