ATHLETIC GAME SITE MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• It is preferred the supervisor serve as a teacher on the staff in the Fairfield Union Local School District.
• Previous coaching experience is preferred.
• A valid Pupil Activity Permit is required.
• Have an interest in supervising student activities.
• Background Checks (BCI/FBI).

REPORTS TO: Building Principal, Athletic Director, and Athletic Supervisor

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Athletic Director in scheduling athletic contests.
• Confirm all games by contract.
• Coordinate schedules with the Athletic Director.

• Coordinate and assist officials during athletic contests.
• Follow up with officials 24 hours in advance of athletic contests.
• Complete any necessary paperwork for all supervised games and return to Athletic Director.

• Review schedule with cashier, secure tickets, starter money and file financial report for all supervised games.
• Assist with securing gate workers for athletic contests.
• Assist administrative assistant in scheduling gate workers.
• Call workers 24 hours in advance of contest and find replacement if necessary.
• Serve as a gate worker in the absence of workers.

• Assist Athletic Director in the supervision of athletic contests throughout the school year.
• Other duties deemed appropriate by Administration or the Athletic Director.
