• For day-to day Substitute Teachers, must have a Current State of Illinois Substitute Teacher (SUB) License or Professional Educator License (PEL)

• For Long-Term/FMLA Leave Subsitute Teachers, must hold a Current State of Illinois PEL

  • 2024-2025 Substitute Teacher Pay Rates:
  • $160 daily rate
  • Long-term Substitute Rate - calculated at BA + 0 on the current Teacher's Union Salary Schedule
  • Bonus:
  • $750 after 75 full days worked
  • $1,050 after 105 full days worked
