Qualifications
- Coaching experience at the high school level
- Valid Indiana teaching license
- Pass criminal background check
- CPR certified
Expectations
- Develop/Build K-12 program
- Communicate with players, families, staff, and community
- Abide by IHSAA rules, regulations, and policies
- Complete all NFHS required courses
- Uphold board policies and procedures
- Organize all team practices with staff
- Organize all equipment and uniform needs
- Coordinate all off-season activities
- Encourage and promote academic success
- Perform job related activities as directed by the Principal and/or Athletic Director
Expected Timeline
- Position will be posted until filled
- Week of November 30, 2026 - First Round Interviews
- Week of December 7, 2026 - 2nd round Interviews
- December 14, 2026 - Board Approval of Final Candidate
