Description: Home Instruction/Related Service Providers

Job Summary:

• Speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, (all subject areas and grade levels) will provide related services to students who are out of school for extended periods of time due to illness, suspension, or for students who require a home program services/support;
• Related services will take place after school hours;
• Related service providers for all grade levels are being considered;
• Locations of instruction will be determined based on the student's condition;
• Deliver related services based on the student's IEP,
• Maintain attendance;
• Modify services where necessary;
• Conduct assessments;
• Document service hours;
• Submit reports/data to the Director or designated Administrator.

Qualifications: Appropriate New Jersey State Teacher Certification
Working Conditions: Dependent on student's condition - District-Wide
Salary: As per HBOE/HEA Agreement
