Daily Substitute Teachers
Immediate positions available upon successful clearance of NJ criminal history

Requirements:

• New Jersey Teaching Certificate or
• Valid New Jersey Substitute Teachers Certificate (County Certified)
• Minimum of 60 Undergraduate Credits from an Accredited College
• Must pass a criminal background check
• All subs must be BOE approved

Rate of Pay:

• $130/day NJ Certified Teacher or County Certified subs

It explicitly prohibits such employers from hiring a person serving in a position which involves regular contact with students unless the employer conducts a review of the employment history of the applicant by contacting former and current employers and requesting information regarding child abuse and sexual misconduct allegations.
