Harlingen C.I.S.D. offers a variety of ways for parents and the community to get involved in our District. Committing to be a volunteer will give you an opportunity to become better acquainted with your child's classmates and experience life at H.C.I.S.D. Our volunteers are an important part of the H.C.I.S.D. family and culture, and each volunteer is essential to students success.

Improper submissions will delay the processing of this application:

• An online application is required for all volunteers.
• Completion of this application is only required twice a school year.
• You will be informed by the campus or department designee/parent liaison of when you can submit new volunteer application during the course of the academic school year.
• The campus or department desginee/parent liaison will inform you when your volunteer services can begin.
• Use your exact date of birth and legal name as it appears on your driver's license or other official government issued identification-no nicknames etc.
• You will be required to show your government ID at all campuses/departments.
