Trades Supervisor

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To coordinate and supervise all employees engaged in work related to area of specialization including; remodeling and renovation projects, cleaning and maintenance of buildings and/or cleaning and maintenance of grounds district wide.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
High school graduate or hold a GED Certificate and have experience in field of work.
Have an acceptable driving record to standards developed by the Department of
Public Safety and the Education Agency (10 point system).

Special knowledge/Skills:
Must have supervising capacities and excellent work habits.
Reads and comprehends Architecture, Engineering drawings and specifications.
Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos and
carry out written or oral instructions.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measuring, using whole
numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to organize and dispatch work.
Ability to use technology required to perform the job.
Ability to follow instructions and get along with co-workers.
Ability to work with others in a good temperament manner at all times.

Minimum Experience:
Have five (5) years minimum experience in area of specialization
