Job Responsibilities include:

Tracking high value instructional assets
Coordinate "pay to play" activity fees for co-curriculars
Draft BOE agenda items for these departments
Process and track teacher supply requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor invoices across the District
Coordinating room reservations, facilities requests, technical setup, and program drafting for district art shows, music concerts, academy showcases, and award ceremonies.
Support the maintenance of rosters for clubs ensuring accountability and support the growth of student engagement after the school day
Performs other tasks related to the efficient operation of the office as assigned by the Administrator.
