School-Age Child Care Assistant Group Supervisor

Position Information
Lampeter-Strasburg School District is seeking a dedicated, energetic and professional Assistant Group Supervisor to join our School-Age Child Care (SACC) program. Full Time and Part Time positions available with flexible scheduling during the operating hours of 6:00 am- 6:00 pm. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of daily activities for elementary-aged children.
• Maintain a friendly and courteous professional relationship with students, parents and district staff.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing environment that complies with all Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) regulations.
• Collaborate with the Director, Group Supervisor and SACC team to support the social and educational development of students.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong communication skills, a "team player" mentality, and a genuine enjoyment of working with children.
