Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction in Chemistry/AP Chemistry, fostering a positive and productive classroom environment, and ensuring students achieve their learning objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in subject taught, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching high school students.
Dates are approximately: October 15, 2026 to March 1, 2027.

Qualifications:

• Professional Educator License issued by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) Preferred
• Appropriate subject area content endorsement

Compensation:

• $150/day for the first 30 days
• BA Step 0 ($289.5 for the 26/27 SY) for days 31+
• No benefits
