Job Details: HVAC Building and Environmental Specialist Class IV - (see attached job description)
Location: District Wide/Warehouse
Shift/Hours/Workdays: 1st shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.); Monday - Friday; 8 work hours per day; 260 work days per school year
Rate-of-Pay Effective SY 26/27: Step I = $32.50 per hour
Union: member of the Sheet Metal Workers (S.M.A.R.T. Union)
