Substitute Safety Officer

Job Details / Qualifications: To ensure that coverage is maintained in all Distrct buildings and at District events, the Substitute Safety Officer shall provide coverage for our full-time Safety Officer(s) in the event of daily or long-term absences (see a copy of the full-time Safety Officer's Job Description for a details of duties and qualifications). Substitute Safety Officers will receive training and will must be able to attend additional professional development training as required.
Days / Hours: up to eight (8) hours per day as needed to cover daily or long-term absences
Hourly Rate: $16.00 per hour

Candidates should be organized and understand school organizational structure. They must be available to work on short notice, be able to get along with students and staff, demonstrate sound and mature judgment, and respect the strict confidential procedures associated with various aspects of school law.
