Substitute Teacher, Nurse, Aide or Custodian

We are currently accepting applications for substitute positions, both teachers and all support staff members. Our current rates of pay are as follows:

Substitute Nurse $250.00 per day

Substitute Teacher $120.00 per day

Substitute Aide $15.92 per hour

Substitute Custodian $15.92 per hour

If you would like to be a substitute teacher, you must either:

• possess teacher certification from the New Jersey Department of Education, or
• have completed at least 60 credits at an accredited college or university

If you would like to be a substitute nurse, you must either:

• possess certification from the New Jersey Department of Education as a School Nurse, or
• have completed at least 60 credits at an accredited college or university

If you are not certified by the DOE but have completed at least 60 college credits or are an RN, you are eligible to apply for a substitute credential from the NJ Department of Education. The credential costs $125 and is valid for five (5) years.
