2026-27 Strength and Conditioning Assistant Coaches, 3 Positions

Assignment Details:
There are three positions in which each position will work Monday - Thursday or Friday. Hours per day and schedules will vary.

• Fall Season Position Dates: 8/17/26-10/30/26
• Winter Season Position Dates: 11/2/26-3/12/27
• Spring Season Position Dates: 3/15/27-6/11/27

• Requirements:
• Experience in strength and conditioning.
• Highly motivated self-starter who is willing to learn.
• Must possess great communication skills.
• Must enjoy working with students.
• Must have a passion for helping others improve and attain goals.

• Description:
• Develop strength and conditioning program for assigned teams and student-athletes.
• Collaborate with coaching staff on program development.
• Teach proper training techniques in the weight room for improved athletic performance.
• Cooperate with athletic training staff in the rehabilitation of athletic injuries.
• Assist in the overall supervision of weight room facilities which includes ensuring proper care of equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends, practices and techniques related to physical fitness.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned.

Compensation:
Each position per season is paid a $5,000 Stipend.
These positions are not medical or dental benefit eligible.
