What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and team members.
• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Track POs, mileage and expenses for instructional services department
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communications.
• Organize and manage office operations and procedures.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in office administration.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
