About this role
High School Pavilion Attendant Position: hours vary M-F 6:00am-7:00am, M-Th 3:00pm-8:00pm, F 3:00pm-7:00pm
Description:
- Part-time Pavilion Attendant with hours determined by Athletic Director
- Serve as the facility operations point of contact for the Pioneer Pavilion during hours that Pavilion is open to the public
- Direct and coordinate off-hours operation for morning/evening events hosted in the Pioneer Pavilion
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pioneer Pavilion as it is open to the public
- Assist/supervise community members with the proper use of training equipment
- Adhere to any and all Mooresville Consolidated School District policies, rules, regulations, and operational procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment as required
Experience/Skills Essential to Position:
- Experience involving athletic facilities and event operations management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours
