Volunteer
If you would like to serve as a volunteer for a campus or organization, please complete the volunteer packet and submit when complete. Review procedures below:
1. Please click the "red apply" tab on the top right corner of the page.
2. Upon completion of your application, you will receive emails from "Frontline/Applitrak". These emails will direct you to review your Confirmation of Submission as well as confirming you received other district documents.
A. Criminal History Record (for background check)
B. DH Policy Code of Ethics
C. Pre-Employment Affidavit
D. State of Acceptance of the Code of Ethics
E. Standard Practices and the Volunteer Handbook.
You will not complete any forms except for the Criminal History document. The other forms are for you to review and electronically sign that you have received the information.
Once you have completed the forms, you will be notified by Human Resources regarding your Volunteer status. Thank you for your interest in providing support for our students and staff.
