The North Plainfield School District is seeking dependable, community-minded Volunteers to support our students, teachers, staff, and school programs. Volunteers play an important role in strengthening our school community and helping provide students with a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment.

North Plainfield is a diverse and vibrant school community committed to developing the whole child through academics, extracurricular opportunities, and meaningful learning experiences. Serving approximately 3,700 students in Pre-K through grade 12, our district is dedicated to creating a culture of success where all students thrive. All volunteers must meet applicable New Jersey and North Plainfield School District requirements before beginning service. This includes, but is not limited to, an application, background screening, reference checks, required training, and other district-mandated procedures.
