Non-CDL Bus Driver

Position Summary:

North West Hendricks School Corporation is seeking safe, dependable, and student-focused individuals to serve as Non-CDL School Bus Drivers. School Bus Drivers play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our students to and from school and school-sponsored activities. No experience necessary, we offer training for the position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Students with Safe, Dependable Bus Service

• Conduct DAILY bus inspections - REQUIRED

• Maintain excellent communication between students, parents, staff and administration

• Verify routes are correct and safe

• Perform routine bus cleaning and fueling

• Comply with ALL D.O.T. and Department Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 Years Old

• Hold a valid Driver's License

• Good Driving Record

• Complete required training

• Availability to train for CDL license - if interested

Pay Rate:

• $21/hour

• Extra pay opportunities for driving on Field Trips and/or Sports Trips - $21/hour
