Softball Assistant Coach

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• How to not only teach the fundamentals of softball, but to instruct players in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport.
• Ability to determine and assist in game strategy.
• Ability to work with and instruct all position groups.

TIME COMMITMENT:

• The in-season portion of the schedule runs from March through early June.
• The normal week for a softball season will consist of six days (Monday-Saturday) for a minimum of two-three hours per day.
• Off-season requirements including weight training, summer camps, and contact days occur during June and July, January, and February.
