POSITION TITLE: GUEST TEACHER

• JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• As set by State certification Authorities; must have an AZ Teacher Certification.
• Potential to perform as an exemplary guest teacher.

REPORTS TO: PRINCIPAL/SUPERVISOR
JOB GOAL: To follow instructions and prepared lesson plans in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow directions and lesson plans .
• Maintain an orderly classroom environment.
• Establish a positive rapport with students.
• Maintain confidentiality when necessary.
• Supervise students at all times.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner.
• Arrive promptly to the campus before class begins and stay until end of assignment.

Experience: Successful prior guest teaching experience helpful but not required.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Part Time
