Part Time Cubs Connection Aide 2026-2027 SY

JOB TITLE: CUBS CONNECTION AIDE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months childcare experience in a licensed facility.
• Hold IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, First Aid and CPR.

JOB GOALS:

• Under the direction of the Cubs Connection Director and Assistant Director provide supervision and support to students in the aftercare program.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hours Monday-Thursday 2:00pm-6:00pm (end time could vary by day).
• After arrival, meet with the Cubs team and prepare toys.
• Check in students.
• Supervise during snack time. Clean up after snack.
• Provide adequate supervision of students on the playground for approximately 45 minutes. Play time is extended when the weather is under 100 degrees.
• During announced heat advisory provide supervision in the cafeteria and/or MPR.
• Assist in toy clean up and wiping tables.
• Other duties as assigned by the Directors.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Part time, hourly and work year to be established annually.
EVALUATION: At least annually by Cubs Connection Directors.
RATE: $18.00 per hour.
