Job Goal(s):: To enable each child to pursue his/her education as smoothly and completely as possible in the absence of the regular teacher.
Reports To:: Principal/Vice Principal

Terms:: Per Diem Position; as needed position
Qualifications:
• A regular New Jersey teaching certificate or a substitute teacher's certificate issued by the County Superintendent preferred.
• Successful prior experience as a classroom teacher.
• Demonstration of familiarity with school, philosophy, program and policies.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Salary:: Substitute Teacher - County Certificate $150 per diem rate
Teaching Certificate: $175 per diem rate
Substitute Aide Classroom Rate: $19.60
Substitute ABA Aide Rate: $24.70
Substitute LLD Aide: $21.00
Substitute Lunch Aide Rate: $25.55
