Network Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in professional knowledge.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in network management, preferably in a large enterprise or school district environment, highlighting a record of accomplishment of professionalism and successful project delivery.
• Extensive expertise and up-to-date knowledge in network infrastructure, network operating systems, and security protocols, emphasizing a commitment to professionalism. Development and staying current with industry trends.
• Experience with configuration and implantation of Cisco Meraki products as well as management through Meraki portal.
• Experience with Cisco Firewall.
• Experience with iBoss content filter.
• Proficiency and hands-on experience with industry-leading networking technologies, including Cisco LAN and Wireless technologies, ISE, WAN-ISP, content filtering, and reflecting a dedication to technical excellence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build strong relationships with technical and non-technical teams, fostering a culture of professionalism and clear communication.
• Knowledge of various operating systems, including Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, IOS, Android, ChromeOS.
• Knowledge of various online collaboration platforms such as Office 365 and Google Workspace.
• Able to plan and implement large-scale software rollouts with minimum impact on support staff.
• Ability to manage a team of Network techs and assign work orders.
