Anticipated Interim Maintenance/HVAC 27-203

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Formal training in heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment.
• Demonstrated experience in operation of computer based building management systems preferred.
• Experience in boiler maintenance, boiler repair and boiler cleaning.
• Experience in general building maintenance.
• Able to respond to emergency situations during non-work hours.
• Must hold a Black Seal Boiler License, or agree to obtain such in a timely fashion.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
