12 Month Work Year
Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm

Qualifications:

• Applicant must fill out an online application
• Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports
• Ability to read electric prints
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Black Seal Boilers License, Preferred
• Electrical Experience
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• HVAC experience
• Kitchen equipment repaid, electric repair and installation
• Knowledge of fire and burglar alarms, Preferred
• Knowledge in general maintenance repairs
• Must be able to climb and work off ladder
• Skill in the use of typical construction, hand and power tools
• Valid NJ Driver's License
• Other assigned duties

Responsibilities:

• Performs preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation & air conditioning equipment
• Participates in snow removal
