About this role

Seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Coach for our High School Girls Softball program.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with practices, games, player development;
  • Supporting Head Coach;
  • Must serve as a role model to students;
  • Demonstrated coaching experience with expert knowledge of the relevant sport;
  • Ability to motivate;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and members of the school community.

Qualifications:

  • Prior coaching or playing experience preferred;
  • Possession of NJ DOE Standard Teaching Certificate (or County Substitute Teaching Certificate);
  • Must complete a criminal history background check;
  • Meet NJSIAA qualifications for coaches.
