2026-2027 Full-Time Youth Assistant

DUTIES:

Provide supervision to students, including lunch and outdoor recess periods, and during before/after school activities. Respond appropriately to emergency situations. Monitor school buildings and grounds. Effectively communicate and maintain good relationships with students and staff.

SALARY:

$21.50 - $26.56 per hour, based on related experience, plus full-time benefits per the Rush-Henrietta Employees Association, Coalition Unit, Paraprofessionals Chapter. Review the Total Rewards of this position listed in the full contract at: www.rhnet.org/contracts

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma required. Experience involving the supervision or instruction of students preferred. MUST have NYS Security Guard license or ability to obtain immediately upon appointment.
