Supervises custodial employees
Works directly with outside contracted services
Maintains a coordinated inventory control program
Assists with preparation of the annual budget and reports to the Director of Buildings and Grounds

Supervisory experience and Associate's degee in related field preferred; must have proficient technology skills.

Salary $42,000 to $45,000, commensurate with experience.
