PreK Speech/Language Pathologist - Long Term Substitute (Part Time)

Description:
The speech-language pathologist provides direct and/or consultative services for students having impairments in the receptive and expressive language skills. These may include: phonology/articulation, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, disorders of voice, disfluency, and hearing impairments.

Qualifications:

• Professional Educator License with Speech Language Pathologist (teaching or non-teaching) (PK-Age 21) endorsement
• Successful experience with preschool and elementary school children, preferred.

Salary: $349 per day.

Substitute teachers doing daily or long-term assignments do not have a contract of employment for any guaranteed period of time. A long-term substitute teacher may be given an estimated timeline of the assignment; however, the beginning and end dates are subject to change due to District needs and satisfactory performance of the long-term substitute teacher. Daily and long-term substitute teachers are considered "at-will" employees and are not eligible to receive benefits.
