High School Dean of Students (Anticipated), 26-27 SY

CUSD 303 is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as HS Dean of Students at St. Charles North High School for the 2026 - 2027 SY.

This is a full-time, 10-month position. Salary range (without TRS): $72,000-$95,134. See job description attached.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education/Certification:

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• General Administrative or Principal endorsement
• Illinois Teacher Evaluation Approval

Major Responsibilities and Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Provide a safe, healthy school environment for students and staff
• Coordinate MTSS within the building
• •
• Organize and support academic and social-emotional assessment administration and analysis to determine Tier 1, 2, and 3 support
• Participate in the alignment and integration of school-wide academic, social, and behavioral strategies and interventions
