26-27 Team Leader: Elementary: 8:1:3

SULLIVAN BOCES RPEC TEAM LEADER

Will work collaboratively with school administrators, to assure student success. The team leader coordinates and facilitates team activities, and serves as a liaison to other teams.

Purpose:

• Team meetings provide the opportunity for Special Education and Alternative Education staff (teachers, related service personnel, paraprofessionals) to communicate student/program needs and devise strategies to meet these needs.
• To plan and support positive activities to promote positive school culture and climate.

Responsibilities of the team leader include:

• Develop an agenda for each meeting (with input from members) and submit to Administration via google drive in the team leader folder by 12:00 on the day of the meeting
• Record attendance on team minute form
• Complete minutes on team minute form via google document
• Submit team meeting minutes to administration by Monday at 9:00 am via google drive
• Attend Team Leader Council (TLC) meetings once a month as scheduled.

Stipend will be pro-rated for the remainder of the school year.
