12 Month Campus Bookstore Site Supervisor Lead 1.0 FTE

Reports to: Campus Bookstore Supervisor
Term: 12 Month position
Full time: 40 hours per week

Position Summary: Under the general direction of the District Bookstore Operations Manager (DBOM), the Lead position will work with the Campus Bookstore Site Supervisors on the day-to-day operations at all six campus bookstores. Assists and coordinates workflow to maintain consistent levels of service to both internal and external customers. Ensures and is accountable for assisting with smooth operation of each campus store, including serving as the site supervisor's backup as requested by the District Bookstore Operations Manager (DBOM).

Training and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Several years of bookkeeping experience and dealing with the public preferred.
• Business background preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar position preferred.
• Well organized and prioritizing work assignments.
