Summary:
The Classified Substitute position at Vail School District is a substitute job that provides support to various departments within the school district. The position requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Responsibilities:
• Assist with various tasks within the district, including but not limited to: clerical work, custodial duties, food service, transportation, and instructional support.
• Follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the regular staff members in each department.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while performing duties.
• Communicate effectively with staff members and students.

• Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Flexibility and availability to work on short notice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical ability to perform various duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods of time, and working in various environments (e.g. indoors, outdoors, etc.).
