Private Lesson Providers and Seasonal Services

If you are interested in providing private music instruction to students on Aledo ISD property and/or providing instructional or support services for the Aledo ISD Fine Arts Program,

please complete this application and include the requested reference information, including a valid email address for each reference.

References will be verified electronically and may also be contacted by phone as part of the approval process

• Resume or letter of introduction

• Volunteer/Non-Employees working on district campuses:
• a) Please review the attached Volunteer Handbook and complete the Statement of Acknowledgement on the last page of the document.

• The District is required to subscribe to your fingerprints for TEA purposes.

Once you have been approved, someone in Human Resources will reach out to you to confirm completion of the background check and provide fingerprinting requirements and/or instructions.
