Once hired you will need to complete the certifications below:

  • Coaches Tool Chest will certify you in all needed areas including Fundamentals of Coaching, mental health, First Aid for Coaches, Concussion Training, PBIS, CPR Training, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training.
  • Apply for or submit a Pupil Activity Permit - through the Ohio Department of Education.
  • Complete a background check - at the Xenia Board of Education fee of $52.00(cash, debit/credit card). Please call 937-562-9037 - to schedule an appointment.
