Reports To: Chief Academic Officer
Salary: $23.05 an hour
Term: 12 Month (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)

Qualifications: Utilizes a high degree of technological proficiency, including Microsoft and Google applications (word processing, spreadsheets, and database management), internet-based assessment systems, state web applications (e.g., IWAS), Frontline software, Infinite Campus, and email communication. Demonstrates strong organizational skills in performing a variety of secretarial and administrative tasks. Assists with coordination and administration of professional development activities, certified staff evaluation, assessment, and the teacher mentor program. Supports various grant applications and grant administration related to teaching and learning. Communicates effectively and professionally with faculty, staff, students, parents, and the public. Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information and responsibilities. Minimum of a high school diploma, technological skills, and two years of office experience required. Additional education is desirable. Prior experience with high school students is a plus.
