Any public school, district, charter school or private school can post a job on EduJobs for free. You don't need an account, and it takes about five minutes.
Before you start
Have the job description ready, and use your work email. We use it to confirm that you work for the school or district that's hiring.
Post your job
Tell us about your organization
Enter your school or district name, choose the organization type and add your work email. Personal addresses, like Gmail or Outlook, aren't accepted.
Describe the role
Add the job title, role type, employment type, pay and location, then the description. For instructional roles, also choose the grade levels and a subject.
Choose how people apply
Link to the application on your website, or give an email address where applicants can send their materials. An application deadline is optional.
Review and submit
Check the preview, fix anything that looks off and select Submit job posting.
After you post, claim your organization's page. You'll be able to manage your postings and collect applications on EduJobs.
Confirm your email
Right after you submit, we email a confirmation link to the address you entered. Open it to confirm the posting. The link expires in 7 days, so if it runs out, submit the posting again.
What happens next
Our team reviews every posting, usually within one business day. Once it's approved, your job goes live for 30 days and we email you the link so you can share it.
Want to collect applications on EduJobs? The free plan does that for up to 3 postings at a time once you've claimed your page. Need more? See Plans & billing.
