When you invite a member, choose what they see: Whole district or Only these campuses. A member limited to campuses only sees jobs and applicants for those schools, and can only post for them.
To change it later, open the member's menu on the Team page and select Change what they see.
Note:
Owners always see the whole organization. Campus access needs your organization's campus list, so it isn't available for every organization yet.
